Terms of service

Version 2026-11-03-draft-1 · Prepared 3 November 2026 · Effective date pending

1. About these terms

These draft terms describe use of Aster’s customer app for rides, parcel delivery, activities and rentals where available. The operator name is ASTER. Contact legal@maldive.app for questions about these terms. The registered entity details, address and applicable legal terms must be confirmed before this document takes effect.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account and booking information, protect your sign-in details, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Contact support through the app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Bookings and availability

Available services depend on your location, service hours and provider availability. Review the price, service details, pickup or collection information, schedule and any provider conditions before confirming. A request does not guarantee a provider will accept it.

4. Prices and payments

Review the amount and payment method shown for each transaction. Additional amounts, deposits or scheduled payments may apply to a booking as disclosed in its checkout and booking details. Do not assume a payment has succeeded until its status is confirmed.

5. Cancellations, refunds and deposits

Read the cancellation and refund conditions shown for your booking before accepting. Eligibility and amounts depend on the terms attached to that booking and its status. Rental deposits, damage claims and extensions may have additional disclosed conditions.

6. Safe and acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse another person’s information, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent bookings or payments, or use parcel services for prohibited or unsafe items. Follow the instructions and service restrictions displayed for your booking.

7. Help and disputes

Use the support options available in the app for booking or payment problems. Contact support@maldive.app for assistance or legal@maldive.app for legal enquiries. The operator must confirm mailbox availability, its complaint procedure, responsibility for providers, liability terms and applicable dispute process before publication.

8. Changes and ending use

Changes to these terms will be identified by a new document version. The operator must confirm notice arrangements, account restriction rules, termination terms and any acceptance requirements before publication.
